Scheduling
Administrators set up requirements and providors in the system. They then create appointment slots by date and time. Included in the slots are capacity numbers to efficiently schedule appointments.
Admins, Health Monitors and App users then have the option to create appointments depending on availability. Slots that are filled up are closed.
Messaging
Admins can send direct alerts, in addition to poll and feedback questions to app users.
The alert notifications are also generated, for example, in cases where an airman has an appointment scheduled.
On responding to app messages, responses are immediately viewable in the Admin Portal.
Career
The PACT Career Optimization Module is used to give the 177th access to key education, training and work experience. It is a well known fact that the National Guard population as a demographic tends to be a highly educated force. The 177th may want to know the full skill set and work experience of the population.
The PACT Module also provides career path guidance when users use the Scorecard Module.
