The AFLINX Software currently includes three modules: Scheduling, Messaging and PACT.
This module is used by the 177th Medical Support Group to create and manage required medical and dental appointments. Once appointments are set up, airmen can receive notifications automatically sent to their apps. Airmen can also create appointments from the app.
If you are signed up to use the AFLINX app, you will receive Scheduled Appointment Notifications and Details.
For requirements or services the AFLINX administrator has allowed, Airmen will be able to schedule from the app, your own medical or dental appointments depending on available capacity
Using the app or portal, schedule phone or video appointments from home or the weeks when you are away from the base. Video or phone meetings are great for reviewing test results or for post visit consulting with your medical or dental provider. When scheduling for these types of appointments, pick from a list of services for the days and times available. Then sit back and receive appointments reminders the day before your scheduled consult.
The messaging module is used to create and send out key messages to airmen. Sent messages can be alerts, polls or feedback requests.
Examples of other messages include notifications generated following the creation of medical or dental appointments. The AFLINX app is also used to send appointment reminders the day before scheduled appointments.
The PACT Module is used to do three things.
1. List completed training, to included education and courses.
2. List of Work experiences.
3. Utilize a Scorecard to manage your career progression as an officer or enlisted airman.
