Tom was awake and alert when I came on duty. I was greeted by staff, who briefed me on the activities of last shift and handed me the keys. I walked through house to do a check. All was secure, everything in the house is operating well. All entry points are secure. Indoor temp 75° . Tom and I had a brief discussion about his day as he indicated that he was tired and was going to bed. Tom entered his bedroom at around 11:32pm. He seemed to be in good spirits. I did notice the Tom's left foot and ankle is swollen. It should probably be checked out by a physician. The night was quiet. Tom did emerge I time from his room to put his clothes in the dryer. (12:15am). I wiped down office surfaces and sweat the floor outside of the restroom/office area. Note: I did notice a large patch in the sofa when I came in Tom said that Crystal had been made aware.
