Tom was awake and was in the kitchen and had initiated the safeinhome call button. Tom and I spoke with the person from safeinhome briefly. Tom then took his medication. Tom and I talked and also discussed his needs for the day. Tom made a few calls and spent some time in his bedroom and then had a late breakfast. Tom received a call from Christina and Rebecca shortly before 10:00am and was yelling (loudly) while speaking with them. After that call Tom finally gained his composure and Tom and I went out to run some errands. Tom and I returned back without any issues. Tom then took his call with Dr. Gomberg and was still on the phone at my shifts end.
