Joe will wipe the counters, tables and chairs with wet wipes then dry the surfaces with no more than 10 verbal prompts from staff to complete the task per shift.

Joe will collect and wash the dishes and utensils with no more than 10 verbal prompts from staff to complete the staff per shift.

Joe will sweep the hard surfaces and empty the dust pan when it is dirty with no more than 10 verbal prompts from staff during a shift.
Joe needed 1 prompt to start working today. He started off slowly and needed assistance with placing the dishes in the racks efficiently. We worked side by side to stacking the racks until he was able to stack efficiently. We also worked on keeping the water sprayer lower in the sink to keep the floors dryer. We will continue to practice stacking silverware efficiently and looking at silverware individually to ensure cleanliness.
